Let’s Do This.
Exercise is movement and movement is a skill. Enjoy it.
Caitlin has been in the fitness industry for over a decade holding certifications from NASM, ACE, Kettlebells, Pain Free Performance Specialist, CorePower Yoga, CrossFit and TRX.
She would describe her training style as high energy, intentional and constantly varied. To her, the best feeling as trainer is knowing she helped a group or an individual find their inner badass and reach new levels of strength or power.
We all have to start somewhere.
Whether you’ve been working out since birth, (that’d be ridiculous) getting back into a routine that you let go of or you’ve never picked up a weight, I’ve got you covered. My approach to training is to ensure my clients are enjoying movement, feeling good in their bodies, understanding the reasoning behind each aspect and to educate my people. My ultimate goal is to help my clients feel comfortable enough to workout on their own safely and confidently.
I 💯 have been that person who dreaded working out because I felt self-conscious or embarrassed. I’ve been in a place where I didn’t want people looking at me or I’ve been afraid to go to some new place and been scared of seeing how out of shape I was. I’ve been that person who put off working out for one more day:
“I am going to start tomorrow”
“I’m gonna start next week”
“As soon as I lose a couple pounds, I’ll feel confident enough to start working out”
Five and a half years ago I was in a bad place. I wasn’t working out, I wasn’t taking care of myself and my diet was horrible. Most weekends consisted of Netflix + chill, eating lots of shitty food and I was a slave to a 9-to-5 job that left me feeling drained and unmotivated before and after every workday. I never had an "AH - HA" moment or a day that I can remember being like "oh this is the day I’m changing my shit". It was a collection of days that I changed my mindset and made conscious choices that would ultimately make me feel better mentally and physically. Eventually, after a few weeks of struggling with class and work schedules, I made a commitment to work out every other day. Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday. I would never skip a workout. I would always make time for one if it was a workout day. I looked forward to my rest days. It helped me stay committed and it allowed my body to recover and it truly made me excited about my next workout.
It's a constant process, it can be really fucking hard and we all slip, take a few steps in the wrong direction and then have to get back on track but it's so much easier when we change our mindset to I GET to do this.
I ABSOLUTELY help you but, at the end of the day, it’s on you. I’m ready to help you find the positive, motivational self talk that you might be missing or that you’ve been ignoring. LET’S DO THIS.

Education is important, but big biceps are more importanter.
